Flotsam

Frankel from the Zoom Room

Jon’s been gamely making his way through the Covid literary chat circles since we can’t take him this year to the lands of handsome donkeys or welcoming piss-soaked begonias.

First, thanks to David Rovics for spending an hour chatting about sci fi and small press publishing in plague time.

Jon also appeared in the Spring Writes Literary Festival with Ithaca author Mary Lorson. Of Course: An Exploration

As author Cara Hoffman notes in her 2020 profile of Frankel, “His fiction is so meticulously written—the rhythm of each sentence is its own delight—and so inventive, vulgar, comic, and apocalyptic, you don’t want it to end.”

You should be good to yourself this holiday season and by ISLE OF DOGS: PART 1 now.
